NEW YORK–(BUSINESS WIRE)–Datadog, the essential monitoring service for modern cloud environments, has been ranked number 9 in Deloitte’s 2016 Technology Fast 500, which recognized 500 of the fastest growing technology, media, telecommunications, life sciences, and energy technology companies in North America. Datadog was also listed in Wealthfront’s List of Career-Launching Companies, Crain’s New York’s Best Places to Work 2016, and Forbes Cloud100 acknowledging the leading private companies in the cloud sector alongside Slack, Dropbox, Stripe, SquareSpace, and MailChimp.

Datadog was also recognized by PagerDuty as the Partner of the Year Gold Award Winner at PagerDuty Summit 2016. The award was granted based on the company’s ability to monitor dynamic cloud environments and trigger alerts based on thresholds that engineering teams care about. It recognized Datadog for the company’s deep industry and technology expertise, as well as the ability to help customers solve complex problems in tandem with PagerDuty.

“Tremendous adoption of the cloud for modern applications is introducing many new availability and performance management challenges for DevOps teams,” said Amit Agarwal, Chief Product Officer at Datadog. “Our unique focus on monitoring and analytics for cloud and containerized environments has helped us grow to over 4000 enterprise customers.”

Datadog recently surpassed 300 employees and moved their NYC headquarters into The New York Times building. The new space has nearly double the square footage of their former NYC headquarters measuring roughly 31,534sf.
