About This Session
Datadog alerts use tags and machine learning to efficiently identify problems in your infrastructure, applications, and services. Every alert is specific, actionable, and contextual—even in large-scale and highly ephemeral environments—helping to minimize downtime and prevent alert fatigue. Event Correlation and Case Management ensure your response workflows are optimized and your teams work is focused on alerts which matter.

- Differentiate between monitor types in the platform, and where to find recommended monitors in Datadog.
- Start from a simple query, to advanced sets of queries and formulas, filtering and grouping, to alert on exactly the data set you need.
