AIOps has evolved from detecting and diagnosing incidents to identifying emerging risks and responding before they affect customers.
Forrester found that “Datadog demonstrated a clear and credible transition from observability toward agentic operations.”
Datadog unifies telemetry across infrastructure, applications, logs, digital experience, security, and AI workloads, giving engineers and Bits AI the same view of production. Bits AI detects, investigates, and remediates production issues while engineers stay in control.
Datadog received the highest score possible in 11 criteria, including Innovation, Roadmap, Zero-Trust Agent – least-agency, and ModelOps and AI Governance (sovereignty).
