Agentless container image scanning for Google Artifact Registry (GAR) lets you detect vulnerabilities in images stored in your registry, not just the ones actively running in your workloads. This gives you a complete view of your container attack surface and helps you catch vulnerable images before they ever reach production.
The scan runs entirely within your Google Cloud environment. Datadog Agentless Scanning inspects the image layers at rest in GAR, extracts the installed packages and libraries, and surfaces findings in Cloud Security alongside your existing agentless coverage. No agent, sidecar, or change to your CI pipeline is required.
To qualify for this Product Preview, you should already be using Datadog Agentless Scanning for Google Cloud.
