The Full Host Profiler enables Datadog users to profile all processes running on a host without requiring any code changes. Unlike traditional profiling approaches that require instrumenting specific services, the Full Host Profiler provides comprehensive visibility across an entire host, including all processes, runtimes, and languages. The profiler is based on the OpenTelemetry eBPF profiler (originally donated by Elastic), and uses it as a library.
To qualify for this Product Preview, you should already have Continuous Profiling enabled.
