Datadog Disaster Recovery (DDR) is the disaster recovery capability of Datadog that provides you continuity of observability in rare outage events affecting availability of a cloud provider region or a Datadog site.

• DDR provides you the ability to recover live observability at the secondary site within 2 hours RTO during an unexpected outage event, enabling you to meet your observability availability and business continuity goals.
• DDR supports DR drills which may be needed for compliance.
• DDR is managed by you, including failover from the Datadog App and where applicable, Datadog provides essential data synchronization tools.
