The new Metric Context Explorer provides a centralized view of every Custom Metric and its full context. It begins with source code attribution, allowing you to pinpoint exactly where a metric is emitted and understand its meaning, purpose, and ownership. You can quickly gain visibility into ownership and context, accelerating troubleshooting and optimization by navigating directly to the metric’s source file in its repository, along with its commit and blame history.
To qualify for this Product Preview, please ensure that you’ve installed Datadog’s GitHub, GitLab, or Azure DevOps integration and that all your repositories are connected.
