With more than 23 years of experience in the tech industry, Arthur first started his professional career in Germany, developing innovative applications for a HR startup, and moving on to consult for diverse industries across Europe, specializing in Cloud Computing, Scalability Architecture and more.
Arthur now leads Product and Technology at AstraPay, aiming to make operations more agile and innovative. He leads, coaches, and trains agile change agents, ensuring the implementation of Scrum and its values.
When he’s not at work, Arthur enjoys photography, traveling, watching movies, and improving his cooking skills!

Andre leads the engineering team at DKATALIS, and has more than 15 years of experience in the Semiconductor and Equipment Automation, Machine Vision and Finance industries, driving Solutions Architecture. He has deep experience and expertise in both business and technical aspects of running and growing high-performing teams. When he’s not at work, Andre enjoys music production and songwriting!
